Adam has developed his teaching style from the influence of great teachers spanning many years. Adam’s passion of Yoga has driven ongoing pursuits of training and development helping to inspire his students to achieve their health and wellness goals.
Suyinh started her yoga journey 10 years ago continuing her travel and training abroad in the constant endeavour to seek new healing techniques. She is also a remedial therapist and applies her knowledge of the human body to her teaching methods.
Barre is a fantastic combination of everything she loves to do and is excited to share her passion for dance and to motivate, inspire and encourage others to achieve goals, and most importantly, to have fun on the way!
Melanie has been practicing Yoga for the past 6 years, completing her Barre Fusion training with Enhance Yoga. Melanie is excited to combine her extensive dance experience with her love of yoga in her Barre Fusion Classes at Enhance Yoga.
After initial exploration of unique movement techniques, Jessica immediately fell in love with the somatic practice of Yoga, allowing her to find grounding and fluidity throughout her classes and everyday life.<br /> Whilst further practicing she found her passion for Mindfulness and Buddhism that she continues to explore today. She is passionate about helping people find their ground, fluidity and presence throughout their practice at Enhance.
Kerry is an online teacher only. Kerry's background as a massage therapist was the starting point for her yoga journey - her fascination with functional anatomy was fuelled by the beauty, strength and grace of the postures and she was thrilled to find a way to offer her clients a more comprehensive approach to long term spinal care and core stability issues.
Barre & Pilates Instructor
Georgia has fallen in love with Barre and Pilates! She has travelled the world for over 12 years as a Professional Dancer and holds multiple regional and national titles. Barre and Pilates holds a special place in Georgia's heart and she is so excited to impart her knowledge and expertise, sharing the joy of movement and fitness with you.
Danielle has always had a keen interest in all thing’s health and movement. With a background as a dance teacher and physiology student, Danielle is excited to bring her knowledge and passion for Pilates and the human body to Enhance Yoga. She is here to inspire others to bring the best out of themselves, both physically and mentally.
Ella endeavours to make her classes a supported space where there is an invitation to explore. She enjoys intertwining elements from a myriad of moments, movements, lineages and theories. Ella believes yoga is a holistic practice that evolves as we do. Her classes invite curiosity, finding a balance and an acceptance in both the strong and in softness, in flow and in stillness.
