Your Yoga guides Adam & Suyinh apply their skills based upon traditional teachings of Hatha, Iyengar & Ashtanga Yoga.  Sessions are designed from a holistic view point. They have trained extensivley exploring many styles of yoga bringing the benefits of yoga to you.
